Is local pickup available?
Yes! Local pickup is available and is included in all prices. We will email you at the email address you used while placing your order to let you know when your item(s) will be available to pick up. During holiday periods, additional processing time may be required. If you choose to pick up eligible items from the store, please bring an extra person to support you in loading your vehicle.

Where do you ship?
We ship to all Canadian provinces and territories.

What shipping options are available?
We offer ground shipping. All shipments must be made to a physical address. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes. We ship via third party carrier directly to your door.

When will my order ship?
We will email you at the email address you used while placing your order to let you know when your order ships and send you the tracking number. If you don’t receive an email from us within 24 hours after you place your order, please check your spam folder.

How do I check the status of an order?
To check your order status on our website, or to view your previous orders, visit the “My Account” page and click “Orders”.
